I went for a job interview once, many years ago, and one of the interviewers asked me, "What will it take to make you stay?"
The salary was great, much more than other companies were offering, but that question rang alarm bells for me and I walked away from it.
I later spoke to a friend of mine who works there, and he said I made the right choice. The money alone would never make up for the hassle of working in a place like that. :)
